Kalakoa is spot on .Hilo propane does not have sulpher in it's gas.
The person from canada though has a point about costs here being more.But we do not freeze half the year either.
Basic cost on east side of island is $4.90 plus tax.
Sulpher tends to create carbon build up or soot over time.
We called Blu Rhino in Kona and they ship the 5 gallon bottles with 3.1 gallons in each from mainland.
A 5 gallon bottle filled at Hilo Propane takes 4.2 gallons.
Hilo propane is not Ag gas .
Blu Rhino is ag gas .
