Wow, this is so crazy over names. Im trying not to wade into this and just wanna post and read here. Mahalo Mrs. Wao to shed some light. It seems like Mr.Tom and others were friendly with pog.

Yet Mr.Tom is acting all PDS over this even blind in one eye with HOTPE riding shotgun when i post. Geez, you guys. Seriously ? What are your end goals here?

I cannot see pog in member list search. Maybe im doing it wrong. Mr.Rob, what what happened in this all ?

Mr.Tom, seek all the care you can to get well soon. Eye pain is really brutal, its like there is no rest or relief to be had other than pulling a blanket over your head. I feel for you sir.

Since TomK is limited in his ability to respond due to recent eye surgery, I will add a little background.  ‘elepaio is a new username on Punaweb, but not a new poster.  Some of his many former names have been pog, airportparking, and RWR.  All of those have been banned due to personal attacks, often toward TomK, and posting other comments outside the rules of Punaweb.  I agree with TomK that it was often gibberish, and would also say nonsensical, not adding to the the conversation in any meaningful way, and occasionally somewhat offensive.

TomK has been a member of Punaweb for a very long time, has replied to pog etc in the past, and has never been banned from the forum.  Make of that what you will, but my read is that they do not play by the same rules or employ similar tactics.  We can argue minutia, but minutia is not what it takes for Rob to finally ban a poster. pog also displays an apparent inability to learn from his mistakes, which then gets him banned repeatedly.

Yes, Pog and I got on for years. I never really understood what he posted and said so. However, he got really upset about something we didn't agree upon and he suddenly changed from someone I considered a friend to a completely incomprehensible kook. Since then he's sent out his sock puppets and the first point of their attacks has invariably been me. I did offer a truce but pog either declined it or got banned before he could respond.

I'm used to crackpots attacking me, I've dealt with that issue for decades. It's not a big deal. What annoys me more than anything is when people try and distort the truth, and you see it on this thread.

Differences in opinions are fine, I'm OK if people get upset even if they try and upset me, but for someone to invest in so many sock puppets all doing the same thing is a sign that person has problems. Unfortunately, it's a phenomenon that we see with various posters and it goes back to the old days of Usenet. The crazy people would almost invariably create a bunch of sock puppets that would agree with themselves so it looked as though someone had support, or, simply, friends.
I'm a little disappointed Wao nahele wahine doesn't get this because I've always admired her posts, but this seems to be a blind spot for her.

Wow, I'm a little disappointed...it took you this long to respond and that's the best you could do?  Still waiting for you to state what happened several pages ago.  

You think I didn't know that banned members aren't searchable?  No sense in claiming TomK was a frequent target if it can't be proven. TomK was a target.  Pog was a target also.  Moving on...

I went through all of 'elepaio's posts earlier, did you miss that?  There is nothing in her posts that TomK claimed.  HOTPE,  I won't take your word without proof...you couldn't even cough up whatever post in this thread prompted you to get involved.  You and TomK avoid answering simple questions frequently now...it's a shame when you can't back up your claims.

Since you two are so knowledgeable and have so much experience with trolls and sock puppets, have you forgotten that you should ignore them?  If 'elepaio is one, wouldn't you do the intelligent thing and ignore her posts?  

TomK, you mentioned distorting the truth annoys you.  I haven't distorted any truth on this thread, please clarify who has.  I can also point out where you have distorted the truth on other threads.

Several pages ago: you told me to assume the best - - had you taken your own advice most of this thread would not exist.  You assumed the worst of several members of Punaweb.

without proof: all of pog, airport parking, RWR posts have had his name(s) removed since he was banned and those names are replaced with “guest”.  Had I spent an inordinate amount of time finding some of his worst comments, the poster is listed as “guest”. You would not consider that proof, because “guest” could be anyone, so what’s the point?  You have multiple long time members of Punaweb stating they recognize ‘elepaio’s distinctive writing style as identical to pog, airportparking, & RWR, but you choose to believe ‘elepaio at face value.  

One of ‘elepaio’s tactics is to flatter & compliment other members of Punaweb in an over-the-top manner, to gain allies for his attacks if and when they come.  You don’t have to believe that.  But you might want to watch for the possibility as he has you doing exactly that, taking his side and defending him.  You might say you’re defending him from attack.  Fair enough.  That’s how his game starts.  

I’ll be glad to answer your questions, but there’s no point if the written proof isn’t absolutely definitive, right?  Even if a Rob himself would say pog, airportparking, RWR have been banned, that’s not definitive proof ‘elepaio is one and the same as those posters.  That’s how he manages to return again & again & again...
