I would like to wish Sativa and RJ Hampton a happy new year but am sure they will find a way to take the fun out of it and threaten to sue everyone in sight.
So, I wish you both fun in all the legal wranglings you're involved in and hope you keep us updated using whatever identities you choose to use next.

TomK, do you really think Sativa and Rj "sue everyone in sight"? I don't think they have ever threatened to sue anybody. It's just called getting into the conversation. I know they really enjoy being themselves. Let's see if you can keep up. And do you really think Sativa and RJ are that important that they actually made a difference or do you just flatter them?
Whatever it is I am sure they will continue to be an articulate pain in the keister in 2015.

Sativa and RJ don't have to sue anyone to create problems. They attempted to block the Farmers Market at Uncle Roberts from using food stamps recently. They only managed to prevent local venders from taking them and hungry families from utilizing their benefits for a week or so; But still inconvenienced many.
It seems our vengeful superhero wannabes are making enemies a lot faster than friends. There must be a paranoia that comes with obsession and hate. I sincerely hope our two crusaders and their few followers can reverse the Tsunami of ill will they have built.

Ah, no answer. Answers everything. As for the rest of the Ruderman gang, you are just screechy noise.

Confused; I seem to recall statements to the effect that "they" didn't care what went on at Uncle Robert's, presumably because it was "far enough away".

"The Ruderman Gang"- That's funny!
We should make a TV show like that motorcycle series; Call it "Sons of Artichoke"
I guess it doesn't matter if Sativa and RJ get blamed for it or not. I know for a fact they didn't do anything to the fs machine. They did not have to.
Snorkel, do you know if Graham took down his rentals on State property yet? Is he still in hiding? Did he pay his fines? Did he get a green card yet? Inquiring minds want to know.

Don't know, Sativa(or Sativa like creature). Only know the good things done by Graham for my kids, their many friends, and the community over the years.
Same with Russell and Tiffany. In spite of being subject to human shortcomings; The good things they have achieved far outweigh the jealous, sputtering rantings of the envious non doers.

do you know if Graham...
What does this have to do with Ruderman and his fund raiser?
Better question: how is any of this helping Puna? I don't see any shopping center replacing the one lost to lava, maybe focus on real problems instead?

You use "lost" in the past tense. What shopping center have we already lost? Where have you been? We ain't lost nothing yet in the way of shopping centers. Oh, don't you know about the new Bryson center is under construction? And will it be able to be filled with the present lava threat?
