One acre for 19K in HPP

Quite a while ago, someone (Pam?) said she would buy land in HPP if it ever got under 20K again. Well, it has!

That's been listed "off and on" for a few months now.
What's it cost to doze an acre of albizia - about $6000?

So you clear this lot of albizia, build your house and a tree not on your lot falls and kills you in the night! That lot would have to get down to $1 and your house built with concrete and steel. Way too much risk to assume.

Ha, good point John, but actually I looked it up and $5,000 in 1985 is about $10,000 now.
Albezia, isn't that some rare, delicate native tree?
