That's been listed "off and on" for a few months now.
What's it cost to doze an acre of albizia - about $6000?

So you clear this lot of albizia, build your house and a tree not on your lot falls and kills you in the night! That lot would have to get down to $1 and your house built with concrete and steel. Way too much risk to assume.

Ha, good point John, but actually I looked it up and $5,000 in 1985 is about $10,000 now.

Before bulldozing albizia trees, they would first have to be cut. It is not safe for the dozer or operator to push over such trees when they are large. Cutting costs could be cheap to outrageous depending on whether or not albizias could potentially fall on electric lines or houses.
