Kamaoa Rd - Walkthru & Public Hearing
#21
Lynette, or whoever you are, I challenged you when you were Nanik to bring this up in person at the site visit or public hearing and you did not. Who are you ? I'm calling your bluff to sue in civil court, you have no grounds and have not been damaged without a name. Your flight to new York is boarding, you'll need a name to get on it too. Who are you?

Nope, it was in the West Hawaii Today just two-three days ago and it is BJLT who supposedly sent/sending the letter.

John,

"Yagong said that Chris Yuen, a former county planning director, is writing a letter to Council Chairman J Yoshimoto stating that his research has found that the western portion of Kamaoa Road at one time connected South Point Road to Mamalahoa Highway, making it unsalable.

"That, in itself, would make this whole issue moot," Yagong noted."

Eric,

You certainly are naiive. Most of us have long figured out the identity of "Lynnette". Who else would take such drastic actions to deliberately vilify and sabotage her neighbors in order to retain control of a road she and her husband called their "driveway". Watch the video again, it's very telling. At :50, she said "keep the gates on, keep our animals in", "I'm all for keeping this private". Now, how can a public road be kept private if it never was private?

"Lynnette" needs to accept the fact that this is a public road and will remain so.

Thanks for the reality check tjs, I gotta big problem with people who hide behind computer screens and threaten litigation through innuendo. When I was a three term President of KKWA in Kapoho Vacationland I was threatened with litigation over my attempts to phase out cesspools discharging sewage directly into the water table via the Kapoho Wastewater Study. As a result I had the opportunity to sit down with three prominent Hilo attorneys to discuss these baseless threats. The learning curve is steep, Lynette AKA?? needs to study the HRS, sue me or stick her thinly veiled threats where the sun don't shine. Still wondering why that cowboy on the corner can't keep his filly and her pals corralled. Looks like a fool needing to turn in his hat to me. I'm off this blog, no time for cowards needing non-existent moderation.

I am mildly curious Eric, What type of moderation were you hoping for?

FYI Eric,
This is a forum, not a blog. If it was a blog Rob would be publishing his personal thoughts and the rest of us would be limited to comments. Rob has a full time life and does this forum as a volunteer community service, there is a real limit to how much time he can spend playing sandbox cop for those of you who want to come here and sling mud at your neighbors, instead of sitting down and talking this stuff out like adults. At this point all of you on all sides of this issue have been so nasty and slung so much mud that I for one am disgusted with all of you. Not a good way to generate sympathy for your cause in the court of public opinion!

Just FYI guys, you can't hide behind computer screens anymore, the moderator can very easily check the IP address where the postings are coming from. [Wink][Wink][Wink]

Rob, I'm talking about the type of moderation that includes fact checking by contacting WHT reporter Nancy Lauer regarding the unobstructed grave sites. Nice to talk to an up front person, it's been fun, laters.
