Looks like they sell it at gaia yoga nursery. I've never personally been there, but it looks like they have some good stuff. Might have to check it out myself.

Ano (Gaia Yoga)sells at the Makuu Market at the Hilo end. If you email him about something you want and he has it, he will bring it to the market if you want. There is at least one other vendor at Makuu that sells katuk - a lady about 60% of the way toward Hilo from the food court end, on the roadway side of the main sales area (not the row of sellers nearest the road).
