Plan for the worst, hope for the best.

How many days would it take to open a route from Kapoho to HPP? If it is more than 27, then it is potentially already too late.

And what about infrastructure damages? Power lines, etc.

I use that motto often.

But the roads from Kapoho to HPP along the coast are already existing they just have to be fixed/widened/cleared. Many years ago the HPP to HB road I was able to take my Toyota corolla on (+20 yrs). It is still there just needs a lot of work.

As for the power lines..... I dont know. But HD still has a ton of generators available.
