Alleged voter fraud follow up
#11
Mahalo for starting this thread. Yes, Sergeant Wagner, thought it was only going to take a month and he was wrong. Yes, Sergeant Wagner, thought that this voter fraud case would not include the 2010 election because of the statutes of limitations and he was mistaken. For cases involving fraud and deception the statues of limitations starts upon discovery of the crime not when the crime was committed.

The police that are handling the case, are being educated and find it fascinating, now that they know what is really going on. This type of white collar crime is new to them so they are proceeding with an abundance of caution. I can assure you, based on the overwhelming amount of evidence, that this case will arrive at the prosecutors desk, to either move on to a grand jury and then an indictment, or it will be dismissed by Prosecutor Mitch Roth. I doubt, however, that Mitch would put his reputation and political career on the line for his good friend Tiffany.

I am guessing this will all happen after the election. That is when the fur will fly and the clique will die. May it rest in peace. The names will be engraved on a tombstone of shame. No more disruptive influences in my district. And you all can rationalize it or throw poo poo at it but it comes down to damn good research and more to come.

Again, Rob, mahalo for starting this topic. Ladies and Gentleman, start your engine and get ready to rumble! And please, lets stay on the topic because it is very serious folks. I love punaweb.

Another will take its place; only history can be the judge.

Yes, kalakoa it is forming as we speak.

I hear from some very disappointed backers of JOY SANBUENAVENTURA that she is standing too close to Tiffany who is under a class c felony investigation. Tiffany is standing next to, Senator Ruderman and Graham Ellis, who has no papers to be in the country. Also Graham can't marry his domestic partner Dena, to fix his immigration problem, because Graham is already married to another woman, who he married in England and the English have very strict divorce laws.

Graham Ellis, has both JOY and TIFFANY's political signs, posted at the entrance to his 501c3. Again nonprofit charity's are not allowed to back or endorse specific candidates. Their signs are the first thing you see when you drive into Graham's new church and relief center. None of that has to do with his mission statement for the Hawaii's Volcano Circus. There is a lot going on here and has been going on for years. It will take a lot of good research, including auditing IRS records, to separate all of the unrelated business activities from the 501c3, to finally bring the cliques actions to light.

For those good people in Puna who want to see Puna improve vote this clique and it's stooges out of office and out of our district and vote for someone outside of the clique and that is Danny Paleka.

Trading one clique for another.

Punchline: none of the cliques have any real power anyway...

Det. Todd knows the nuts and bolts. He and Wagner haven't said the same things throughout the process, but it is Todd's case. Just FYI. But it is good for progress if Wagner heard that citizens want to know and are following it, as I guess public relations is his kuleana.

So what did they say Rob? Is the investigation dead? Do tell.
Sativa, Paleka has strong union backing. And same bedfellows as the Hilo good ol boys, and what have they ever done for Puna but keep it in poverty. Tiffany is vindictive and dishonest. Wish we had third choice.

The investigation is not dead. Sativa and others in the citizen's coalition, including myself, have spoken to the detective one or more times, just have not had permission to say what is up because active investigation.

There are one or two major surprises in store that have not been posted, that I wish I could share, but Tiffany reads here (as the roast showed). The police get to choose when they present her with their evidence, or maybe the one thing will come out during the grand jury phase. What we have presented here is public record information.

It is unfortunate for the voters of Puna that she will not drop out, because the process gets more complicated if she is elected.

For one thing, the challenge to her residency for 2014 was not barred. It was barred prior to the election because not coming in before the cutoff. The rules state that for "late" challenges, the investigation begins if the candidate is elected.

Then there is an impeachment process that will also be launched if she is elected, which is spelled out in the Hawai'i County charter. I believe in case of impeachment that the next councilperson is appointed.

This is the voters' chance to speak for whom they want by voting Paleka. He seems like a good guy with solid ethics to me. It is Tiffany who is getting the union money for her campaign through the Super-PAC, not Danny, btw. They backed her -- before they knew about the homeowner's exemption issues or the voter fraud allegations.

fyi, before there is an outcry about the investigation, the citizen's coalition is not being GIVEN any special investigation updates. The coalition has BROUGHT information to the police; that is how we know some of it, because we had the info in the first place, and communicated it, so we know when the police got it from us. The police do not give out any info revealed by their investigation. Everything is being done by the book. Det. Todd is a fine detective who is a credit to the HPD.

So what did they say? Are you just trying to lead all of us on when you already know the answer?
