Some people, every time we make something happen, say it's a 'vendetta'.

It's not the "something", it's the way y'all "make it".

Like blathering to the press about the seriousness of the impending investigation ... that the police can't comment on until it's finished.

Like seeking an ethics investigation against a State Representative ... for bringing the needs of his constituency before the legislature (in other words, "doing the job for which he was elected").

Like jumping to conclusions because a property owner has excluded them from private property ... as allowed by law.

Like claiming to represent all of the Red Road when stating that "nobody" wants nearby commerce or adequate roads to commute to distant commerce.

Like destroying a farmers' market -- which provided social structure, locally-produced food, and livelihood -- because it "stands next to" an enemy of the Country Lifestyle.

I hope everyone in Seaview, Palisades, and KBE is happy with the results.

Damien007, Mahalo for pointing out my accidental misrepresentation. I apologize that I called Captain Wagner, 'Sargent' Wagner. Berate me if you must but it was late, no disrespect intended.

That being said, Damien, we are just out to stop one vicious and mean spirited woman from waltzing into the county council District 5 seat. I am alright with you thinking it is 'self serving' or that we are 'boasting'. You can think anything you would like. I just want you, and anyone else who would say such things to know, that we have spent our own time and money to bring the complaint forward. Because of the 60 day cutoff, we could not challenge Tiffany's eligibility to be a candidate in the primary. The county clerk said there was nothing we could do about it 'until and if she wins and is seated'. That is what we were told by the county clerk. No one issued us a warning about discussing the case. This isn't a murder case. It isn't about rape or arm robbery. It is a white collar crime which is a trail of public records.

If we had waited until the elections were over to make the complaint then you and others might say it was "sour grapes". It was our ethical and moral duty to look into this matter and let the voters know that Tiffany is facing an investigation for a class c felony and that there is a shadow of a doubt over her eligibility. What were we suppose to do, when Roxanne Lawson asked Tiffany the most important question of the race,..."How can you, Tiffany, run in District 5 when you live in Hilo?" Boom and then Tiffany answered, waving her arms around, as if her hand gestures, would make sense of it all.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfImFAdY1_8 Then looking into the matter is when we discovered the voter fraud. It is not like we were looking for it. It just fell into our laps. So we pointed it out to the county clerk, Stewart Meada, who in turn made the complaint to the police.

We see ourselves as doing our part to save this community from a psycho politician. And that is my opinion. So far we have managed to see the underdog become the front runner and if Paleka wins, our district will benefit. If Tiffany happens to win, our job starts, because as Judge Hara said to Reverend Nancy Harris, in her sentencing, "we are a nation of laws." Last time I checked voter fraud has not been repealed as of 2014. In fact the penalties have been bumped up just to prohibit people from doing this. Just because the lava comes flowing down from the mountain does not mean we are going to stop pursuing this complaint to its conclusion, and until I am advised otherwise, I will continue to inform the voters of the status in this case.

How fitting that some members of that community see "psycho crusaders".

Kapohocat, I know you have a lot on your plate and I didn't pull you into this drama. You just happen to be on Tiffany's persona non grata list. I re-posted it to show the voters the temperate of this woman, even when it comes to a candidate forum, which should be a public affair and not subject to Tiffany's personal vendettas. This is another example of how Tiffany attempts to bully people.

If you would like to make a point that numerous people have been put on a list, you could replace their names with a " * " or a number. I think you would still make your point, and respect the wish(es) of those on an old list, over which they had no say.

Isn't 'Kapohocat' a user name? We still don't know who she is. Why should she mind? You are all what I would consider 'plausible' people who use user names to hide your identities but not your opinions. What would this forum be like if everybody used their real names? I know many of you would think twice before you type.

You used both her user name and real name in the email you posted.

I'm speechless.

I had no idea that Tiffany's post contained Kapohocat's real name. Not knowing any of these people I thought Tiffany mentioned three different people when she warned"********/Emery/Kapohocat", not to come to surf shop and/or the candidate's forum. But now that you have pointed it out I think you're guilty of outing kapohocat and from what I understand you are not suppose to 'out' people here.

And now I can understand why kapohocat was so upset but nobody else knew, including myself, until you pointed it out. You know people on this web only have a 5 sentence attention span. They were already moving on to their next insult when you pointed it out.

I don't know her real name but I assumed when a person uses backslashes and multiple names it is the same person with their multiple nicknames/moniker/aliases. But if you want to post people's names and claim I'm responsible, well, I'll just sit here awhile and figure out how that's possible.
