Maybe they need to learn from Cost Co.

Apples to oranges comparison. Warehouse type outlet vs typical retail operation. Let's face it, retail doesn't need America's best and brightest scientists and engineers, nor should they pay like it. If they did, you wouldn't shop there; the prices would be too high.
