I am not part of that committee, so maybe someone from that committe can respond about this.
I may be wrong qbout voting on the bylaws at the June membership meeting. I thought that is what Rod said during the bylaws committee presentation at the last General Membership meeting.

If I am wrong about my recollection of the vote on proposed bylaws happening at the June meeting, I am sorry and apologize for my mistake.

Can someone correct or confirm when the vote on the proposed bylaws happens?

The HPP General Membership meeting for June has changed dates.
The birthday party rented by non-member has taken priority.
The General Membership meeting will be held on Fathers Day, June 21 at 3:00pm.

Before you all go any further with "the birthday party," go back and read Janet's post. It's a WEDDING.

I used "birthday party" in my original post as just my attempt to paint a funny example on to the mysterious double booking that took place at the activity center.

The event is a first birthday party.

Janet was wrong. This is NOT a wedding. It is over 3 monhs away and is for a one year birthday.

Like weddings, FIRST birthday luaus is a big thing. Both of my kids first Birthdays were huge. It's a Hawaii thing.
