State Judge rules Hawaiian Kingdom still exists
Kaimana, i believe your "discussion" is bogus.

meaning that after asking questions the only conclusion that i can come to is you are being disingenuous in your attempt to manipulate public opinion towards a remarkably unethical and outlandish extremist agenda. ("It could involve mad deportations" a standout amongst the entire concept as a whole)

to participate in the way you seem to be suggesting is the only way to engage here i strongly feel would only be enabling your attempt at normalizing an unethical radical agenda.

your right to do so, of course. my right to challenge and call you on it, of course. carry on.

LOL. Ad hominem now? Can't defend your argument so you post this. You do realize there are two sides to the story right? Maybe you should actually look into the details first. You might also want to mention that recently there has been at least one case dismissed on these grounds.

Again if you disagree with any of the points that I've argued to why the annexation was not valid, please post your arguments.

Unethical and outlandish? I'm only using the facts of the matter. How is that unethical or outlandish? Just because you don't agree with what the fact implicate does not automatically mean they are unethical or outlandish.

Y'know, what is your plan of action ?

my edit addition which answers your first question:

"to participate in the way you seem to be suggesting is the only way to engage here i strongly feel would only be enabling your attempt at normalizing an unethical radical agenda.

outlandish ... it's obvious. the goal as you described it has absolutely no chance of happening for so many reasons, thank goodness. unethical... come on. mad deportations of a large segment of the population. need i say more.

I just realized your main point is a typo on my part. I was typing MASS DEPORTATIONS following your wording. lol. My phone spell checked it to MAD. lol.

Again my main argument is if the annexation was/is legal.

PM2 "mad" deportations When was the last time you heard THAT here ?

The devil is in the details ....

Sticking to my theory and waiting on an answer from Kaimana.

aloha and peace,
pog

Edit to add: Duly noted Kaimana. mahalo for explain.

Kaimana...
Early on in this thread I posted links to information regarding Dr. Sai's arguments and now, I'm posting links to the other side of the argument. So assuming what you just assumed on behalf of my previous post is a fallacy. But I can see why you might feel that way as the information I linked to was not in favor of your position.

There are several key issues with Dr. Sai's position I take reservation too. The first of which is the presumption of fact based on correspondence not publicized as official executive agreements and that have not been determined binding by a U.S. Court of law. Dr. Sai is not a Court and his theories are not Court opinions.

about the typo, i believe you, Kaimana.

however, "mass deportations" doesn't do anything to diminish the unethical extremism.

actually, i am interested in any answer to Pog's question as well. what's next on your agenda after the legal arguments here on Punaweb......what is the next course of action after Punaweb to make all this reality?

Explain to me how it's unethical extremism.
