I'm saying that when O2 binds with Carbon to form CO2 the oxygen still "exists", but if you try to breath it exclusively YOU WILL DIE. It isn't oxygen.

OK, OK. I sorta get that scientific example, but in the real world, if I put a Confederate $1 bill in a Coke machine in Pahoa, will I get a Coke? It's money, it says $1 in writing, it exists.
What about in a Coke machine in Alabama?

Twenty of 'em you might get a coke. Better still, use twenty thousand and put in a machine in Columbia or Venezuela. LOL.

Rob I understand that and have conceded numerous times that if the US is just going to come out and say might makes right then I have no argument for that other than it's ethically wrong. My argument is only against the US' official stand on the subject.
