Oy veh iz mir! Can't believe punawebbers don't know from a seder, already! Oh how I yearn for the matzoh ball soup, the kugel, the tsimmes,- my mouth is watering. I hadn't realized how bereft we are on the island of the Jewish culture. What a shame...

Some of us just happened to grow up with few or no local Jewish communities nearby. Not our fault, but now you've given me a whole bunch of other things to look up!

OK, matzoh ball soup looks wonderful, reminds me of my family's Austrian history and dumpling stew. Kugel I'm not so sure about, and tzimmes seemed too sweet for me, but looked very nice!

Any chance of providing a recipe for the soup on the punaweb grindz thread? Definitely something I'd like to try!
