Stomach flu or food poisoning?

If I eat something sketchy (like undercooked burgers at uncles house) I try to take a few acidophilus pills or eat some real yogurt. Same if I start feeling sick. It always seems to head off or reduce issues.

Yup, lasted for months, hospitalized twice for dehydration. Meds no work. This is what we did that finally worked. First thing in the morning...1/4 tsp baking soda (food grade) per day in water. Baking soda can help scrub out anything with a bio-film, parasite, fungal, etc... and helps neutralize acidity (translate: fecal matter) released from living (and dying) parasites of all sorts. Which preps GI system to properly absorb meds and nutrients.... then followed by 1 capsule oregano oil per day as anti microbial/parasitic. Wish I'd found a naturopath months sooner. All my PCP dealt with was symptoms not causes. Finally almost back to normal. Feel better K-Joe. You may have issues with me but I wish you well.

HOTPE, yes yogurt and kefir to help rebalance, Also super papaya digestive enzymes are VERY helpful after a meal.
