Confusion on H-130

change the sign "Left Turn on Arrow Only" located next to light @ 130 and Shower to "Yield on Green". This would be consistent with signs next to lights recently installed @ Manono & Hualani also @ Manono & E.Lanikaula

btw these intersections on Manono experience greater traffic use that Shower & 130...duck soup yeah?

edit to add - the light would have to be changed to reflect "Red" only when traffic was Stopped giving right of way from Pohaku...the rest of the time the light would be "Green" along with Thru lane light

Agreed. Yield on green seems to be the simplest and logical option. However, that would probably mean another year of replacing the lights to do that given how things work here.

I've been avoiding this intersection because of my first experience with it. Have any changes been made?
