If the Black Rock is any indication, it doesn't have to be a functional urinal.
That is an interesting requirement so long as there is an alternative. The world's second-largest religion generally prohibits their use.

If they had a sense of humor they would construct a "building department" urinal so every time one does their business guess what they are peeing on.

The worst mex food on this side. Sorry but i w as raised on good mex food. Up in shipmans is a good local style restaurant, in the mex foods building, best place to buy fresh made tortillas, still warm. Think its 3bucks for 3 dozen. Than the tofu place is next door. First left goin up shipman
