Sometimes a rally is just a rally. Not a coast to coast deep state new world order conspiracy.
Oh come on, for folks like RWR it is all a massive conspiracy.
As far as I am concerned anyone that discounts the crisis we face with our abuse to the environment should be silenced. I asked it earlier.. when does the silliness dished out by the likes of RWR become a crime? His insanity certainly has the potential to hurt. How many species are becoming extinct because of the insanity the deniers spew?
Climate science, and the consequences of our specie's greed and inability to care for our own, is a catastrophe. As such it should be taught in every class in every grade, and any teacher not teaching their students about it is failing to provide a critical piece of their education.

What I find most pathetic, is the self apparent wilful ignorance on behalf of the OP. Pretending that I must be a conspiracy theorist to think there's anything political about the event. Even though it clearly states the children are promoting the Green New Deal introduced by democrat legislators.
Can't miss it, it's not hiding in fine print.
And what legislator is responsible for the Green New Deal... Why it's AOC under the Justice Democrats.
But oh yeah, there's no political conscription of our children happening here, that's just a conspiracy theory.

I've not given my opinion on climate in this thread. Ive given my opinion on the self evident and self claimed politicking taking place with our youth here today regarding the OP. Any bull$hit claim slinging beyond that is manifest from a wayward brain-housing group.

There's merit to this view. Kids and young people (college age) are easily indoctrinated to causes. Especially Leftist protect-this causes. Example: the ridiculous level to which anti-tobacco efforts have been mobilized. On vast spaces like the UH-Manoa campus, they won't even set up one isolated site for smokers.
Because of the alleged threat of second-hand tobacco to people hundreds of yards away. Protesting, mobilizing youth. So certain they are right about everything. Like Mao's Red Guards.
