Nothing else available.
Bad financing options are usually a sign that you shouldn't take on the debt. What is the difficulty in understanding and abiding by the bylaws? Not how things are done here. Rules are merely a suggestion.

Stillwater keeps saying there's 4 directors. Can't be if Creely wasn't sworn in. When was Creely sworn in? You won't say. Cough up the info or you lose your credibility. Why doesn't the other directors know? Something ain't right Stillwater.

Can’t be if Crelly wasn’t sworn in but can be if he was. What information do I have? You said it in your statement can’t be if he wasn’t sworn in which would confirm can be if he was. What the directors know or don’t is their kuleana to reveal not mine I don’t have board directors information just the information all members are entitled to bylaws, state laws, etc. and I attend some of the meetings (not all but some) My credibility is not measured by a social forum and if it is you should know credibility with information on sites such as this is on the decline and I thank you for sharing your concerns of my credibility. Now that’s neighborly instead of the war of words mahalo Leo

I would argue that it is: apparently nobody has credible information about HPP.

[B)] Stillwater still won't answer a simple question: When was Creely sworn in? Maybe you should change your handle to Still Won't. [B)]

Still will still won’t still does still don’t doesn’t matter much to me Leo Leslie Linda Louise whatever. I did answer the question with what information you shared and that the swearing in is not a formal presentation for directors or members ,bylaws only say secretary or recording secretary to witness, I would have no idea when he was or wasn’t sworn in but can say if he was according to the bylaws the director and witness (secretary or recording secretary) Then he most definitely would be a legal director making the it a board of 4 .
Can’t answer any question for anyone else so if you want an answer from board directors you need to pursue them for the answer seeing as you assisted with my answer Maybe you have the can also assist with who the supposed district reps are

Stillwater post....." The bylaws state OFFICERS serve until their successors are installed and after signing a statement of office." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the rest of you, who do care aboout our community like I do ........ Craig Crelly resigned. He ended his term voluntarily on the 19th OF JUNE . No more Board Member...NO LONGER AN "OFFICER" no disputing this . Someone who RESIGNS no longer "serves" and He certainly does not keep his "Officer's status" on a Board he resigned from. KAPUT, GONE, OFF THE BOARD AND NO LONGER OUR SECRETARY. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whether he resigned completely , or simply the last part of his term (which is being contested) when he WAS an officer IS A DIFFERENT TOPIC.
