dan d when you went into the office did you ask them who's handling HPP business? How about who's signing checks? It can't be Mermaid or District 7 rep since Larry Kawahu and Creely are the ones who stopped the BOD meeting. They locked everything up and kicked everyone out into the streets. How can Kauwahu and Creeley make decisions about HPP business without a BOD meeting?? That may not bother you dan but it sure as hell bothers me. That's my road fee money.

Has anyone here read the complaint?Or better yet, Larry's litigious history? He has quite a long history and none of it is good. The complaint is vague and the email correspondence that is cited for evidence is beyond lame. Just shows that some attorneys will take any case and anyone's money. What a total waste.Really. So much could have been done with the time and money that Larry and the GM have wasted. Anyone who sides with this is really really not able to even rationally think or have a practical bone in their bodies.Obie... con men never ever are satisfied. They love taking other peoples money. katarina, most people probably have read the entire complaint the question should be is there proof of the allegations and if so how could someone swearing the oath of a director allow themselves to perform in such a manner not once but many infractions . Fact is what will prevail not opinions or rumor so that’s what we all wait and see who has what factThe litigious history you speak of is not of anything so absurd a divorce, and a couple of TRO’s really don’t amount to much. Maybe everyone should possibly look on hoohike and pull up other directors and let’s see what their history has accumulated over time ?
