I just got back from my trip to read this board communication from the directors. Appreciate the update Mermaid. I've observed Mermaid at board and membership meetings. She has HPP's back. The opposition doesn't. I think the lawsuit makes that evident.

Ref: UNAPPROVED 30 June 2019 Membership Meeting Minutes
Dist 1 rep was asked by the other two directors to direct the GM to remove these minutes off the website as they were posted by the GM without board authorization. There was NO BOARD review before they were posted.
Please be advised there are inaccuracies, omissions, slander, defamation, propaganda contained within, which is why we requested they be removed from the website.
P. S. The whole meeting was video recorded.

Uh they are unapproved until HPP has another membership meeting. The membership would approve them not the board.
They were recorded by an approved recording secretary.
This is an ongoing problem with mermaid, she says things that don't sound right to her after she reads her own words in the minutes.She has basically held up all of the minutes from the membership and board for nearly a year.

Interesting that u should have her back leo. As many enimies Mermaid has made, surprised u would do that after how u were treated . MAybe u have been offered something?

Im very sorry , wernt u the Leo that was part of the nominating committee that Maylin was in charge of? If not im lost as i thought u were. He was very poorly treated in a racial way by her at the committee meeting. Hes also a black person ,so if ur not i appologise.
