A management company which does not own any HPP real estate. Bonus points if they also manage rental properties in HPP, thereby creating a vested interest.

How about professional management appointed by a judge? HPP has shown itself to be so utterly incapable of self government that I trust neither the general membership nor an elected board to hire effective management . . . or to let them do the job without undue interference once in place.

Is the professional manager doing a bad job?

Is he stealing the HOA's money?

I don't see either of those things happening.I see crews out working on the roads every day.I see roads that are in pretty good condition.

From the posted meeting minutes I see the dist 5 and 7 directors trying to micro manage the manager and both of them have been disregarding bylaws. I see the chip sealing was shut down and it is the most cost efficient way to improve the roads and keep them maintained. I could go on and on.

I have been following the court case and paying for copies of all of the motions.

The best thing that could happen is for dist 5 and 7 to resign and drop the counter actions that we are all paying for.

Your husband, the wanna be director, the general manager and the guy suing HPP Kawaahua have had exclusive control of HPP business all these months. Who's cancelling all the meetings, including our members meetings? Whose been spending HPP money without the board? Not D5 and D7. Like they said your cabal has shut them out and they're legitimate directors. The trustee will shed some light, open the drapes and let the sunshine in once they come on board. Then we'll find out what's been going on all this time. I hope the board will have a forensic audit right away. That would be the smart thing to do after what's been going on.

Leo - I have met and know Obie. He is a male and he has a wife, not a husband. I would suggest you forget your silly conspiracy theories and concentrate more on the real problems in HPP rather than those you perceive.

Following the antics of the HPP board was a hobby until I became a property owner.
Since I now live in HPP part time I can see 1st hand what goes on.When chip sealing started I drove on a new chip sealed road and saw 1st hand that people were trying to destroy the road by spinning their tires and speeding.
Who does that ?

Thanks Obie. You just confirmed you're using the Obermanns as your facade. That was helpful information. Do the Obermann's read your posts? If so I would hope they would be disturbed.

If I ever get to meet Mr Obermann, I will ask him why AS A HOBBY he's shadowed and harassed me for 3 yrs + when I've never met him. BTW, that's a disturbed individual that does these things AS A HOBBY. If the real Mr obermann didn't own in HPP all these years until recently, why would he, an elderly gentleman living in Kapoho have such animosity towards me, and have an agenda to support Craig Crelly and his boards? The timeline aligns to his involvement on the board. You were also on the board for a short time. Was it Mr Obermann's hobby to go out of his way to disparage and discredit people who live in HPP? I would like to ask him these questions.

BTW, LOTS of HPP people know who you really are. People who know you personally, people who've worked with you on committees, people you've lashed out at at meetings unprovoked, people who've observed you over the years perpetuating your propaganda. (Maybe Leo's one of them?) You're memorable in a negative way at meetings.

It's obvious who you are as your agenda is clear at these meetings. Same personality same agenda here. It's not to promote the best interests of HPP. You attack the same people over and over who are adverse to your HPP political agenda and in protection of your spouse. You outed yourself at HPP meetings.

Let's be clear, YOU outed me first on PT. Would the real Mr Obermann stoop to this low level? According to TomK and others, they say that Mr Obermann is a nice man. That doesn't jive with the Obie who posts on PT and on FB. You also went below the belt and accused me on PT of threatening a former board member's life, someone I got along with very well. He was bullied and threatened by people on your team.

So what doesn't add up is why an elderly gentleman I've never met, be so hostile towards me with an agenda to discredit and attack me? The only thing that adds up is it's a person who knows me well. I've never met Mr Obermann.

I only know one person that has this level of hostility towards me. And as Leo has figured out, you have a dog in the fight now, so your antics have amped up here and people have told me you are doing the same on FB. You are attacking me on FB too. This lawsuit is a serious matter. I am watching your posts closely for the lawsuit. Mr Obermann is now a lot owner in HPP and I hope he knows what he's getting dragged into.

So I'm not off the mark on this one. I can't wait to meet the REAL Mr. Obermann. I have no doubt he will be a nice person with no political agenda and no animosity towards me.
