I guess I am the only one who is going to apply logic in this thread, alright. Logic-if something is sold within a store, a place that where, the entire store is shut down if one thing is illegal within, logically, the aerials are, then, in fact, legal. Precedent-Uncle Roberts isn't even a store with a roof, but gets shut down for selling small amounts of drugs.
Logic-if, historically, nothing is being done about an issue where A. no human being is being harmed AND B. no human being's property is being damaged, then D. the law isn't going to help. period. Precedent-all of legal history going back to the dawn of law itself.
Now, if one of you were rich, and you had an expensive stud horse that kept getting directly spooked by the damn fireworks and now you can't breed him because of that? Then you could sue, you'd have a civil case. I don't need to quote precedent here, this is just a basic function of civil law.
Basically, what I'm trying to say here is that legally, your chances of getting anything done vis a vis fireworks during the holidays is practically zero. Don't waste your time.
Also, to be perfectly honest and down to earth, putting the law aside, you do realize that if your neighbors find out that you
snitched on them over fireworks during the holidays, well, ****. I can't imagine that all of a sudden peace will prevail and there will be no consequences... To snitch on someone,
over fireworks during the holidays???? I would not advise that! The level of unwanted social friction that will cause if discovered is SO high, that it defeats the purpose.
