Yea but, Die Würmer scheißen in den Dreck. Technically speaking the county water is fine. Its just has more particulates than rainwater.

LOL, terracore! Of course I know where the county gets the water, but try telling Frau Chunkster that. She's has the delusion that if it comes out of a government tap, it has to be pure. Must be because she's German. They're really tight with that sort of thing.

Chunkster,
Not too far off topic, but earlier I posted Der Scheisse has hit the fan, or similar. Would you ask die Frau which is correct for scheisse, der, die, das? (Sorry, can’t find my eszett)

Personally I prefer to drink county water because rain water has no minerals. But when my mom visits (born and raised in Germany) she prefers catchment... maybe it's a generational thing? And growing up in Germany during WWII, she doesn't have a lot of faith in government. A sentiment some may have noticed in my PW postings.

HOTPE, it's die Scheisse. Most German nouns ending in 'e' are feminine. (My keyboard can't do an eszett, either.)

Practice Social Distancing..

So says the governor. So says Honolulu's Mayor, so says Dr. Anderson, all of them clumped together rubbing elbows on stage at this afternoon's press conference..

Interesting how that works.. some sort of do as I say not as I do mentality?
