Why are so many vaccinated people getting COVID-19 lately?

What happened to da Covid freak Malihini?
He should be posting up a storm here.
The IHME in Washington state was estimating 90% of Omicron asymptomatic.
Maybe after this surge it will be “over”?

Oh geez. Did he get banned or did his Covid get worse?

Most of the biggest companies are, more or less, forcing employees to become vaccinated or be fired. - leilanidude

Most large companies have already forced their workforce to take the jab. Walmart for one. Starbucks merely reversed their vaccine requirement for employment. The damage is done so it really does not matter.

For once, a completely true statement -- and completely irrelevant, since nobody agrees which way lies "damage".

Or perhaps neither?  Good question.

A lot of us are probably catching the virus yet are unaware.  Someone recently shared with me that IHME at UW in Seattle estimates that 85-90 percent of Omicron infections are asymptomatic.

It matters on a local level, which is why I posted about Starbucks and not General Electric or any of the many other companies who are dropping the requirements.

Punatics who need to avoid unvaccinated persons might factor the information into their decisions on where to shop and where to get their coffee.  Safeway may not be the safest way.

Punatics who are unvaccinated and who need income, have a new opportunity.

"keep it local". There are no Starbucks in Puna that I know of.
Certainty will be the death of us.
