I guess if the person was dressed nice, probably not homeless and passed out no-one would hesitate to call for medical assistance.

The guy was fine yesterday. Someone had made him some larger more legible signs to help with his begging.
He dresses pretty neatly and his dog is well fed and happy.
He doesn't need medical assistance unless you think you can talk him into drug rehab.

Police doing night raids now also. More arrests. Thats another reason folks out of sight. Our regular friends we chat with stay away from downtown and keep lower profile.
