Our gun laws are the same as Texas 'cept for the conceal carry! No S**T! Wow.

Well, there are some places that do not allow you to have a gun at all....

Hawaii is a may issue state where Texas is a shall issue state..

Last I read Hawaii has issued "1" conceal carry permit.


37 states are shall issue states
9 States where the right to carry is limited by local discretion or otherwise restricted(Hawaii being one of them)
4 States that do not recognize the right to carry

Of course I would. It's the shooting part that I don't agree with.

I've noticed a mission creep with these guns. First is was to protect one's life and family.
Then it was to protect one's material goods, then it was to safeguard your neighbor's stereo.
We're talking about killing people to protect stuff. There is no death penalty for larceny.

What next? Shoot people who drive too fast in your neighbourhood?

If you have a big shiny hammer, then pretty soon every problem starts to look like a nail.
