Civil lawsuit.
That will get his immediate attention and won't cost you much at all to start especially since you have some nice video evidence.

Raquel, It's beyond reason why he didn't accept the surveyor's results. I mean, what is the problem? Was he just plain insulted or a lunatic?
I'm so grateful we don't have that kind of crap happening here. You guys are so reasonable and I know you'd make an extra effort to appease someone, but his behavior is just bizzare. What's his name, Raquel?

That is absolutely horrid.
I suggest rock wall fence about 2" taller than that guy is,or plant a fast growing thick hedge that will fill in the hog fencing and continue to grow taller. Preferably something with thorns - [

Oh man, I feel so bad for you both. To anyone who may not know them (and I do), these are two of the most loving caring people I know. The ONLY reason that Andy would leave his wife on the ground like that was to get documentation of the abuse. Andy is a VERY caring man, and made the calculated decision to leave his wife in pain for a short period of time in order to protect her in the long run. A tough decision for him, I'm sure (knowing him) but unfortunately, probably the right one.

I have no doubt that if this character didn't have an artistic outlet, he would have been a murderer. "whoops" on my part, and the reason for this edit... I thought an above posting was listing Carrie Rojos as the name of the lunatic. Carrie, please keep your advertisements for your work separate from the issue being discussed. It's quite tacky.
If I had a neighbor like that, well, I'll keep to myself what course of action I would take but let it suffice to say it would not include physical violence.
The whole thing is horrible. Absolutely horrible.
Yet, in the back of my mind, I keep saying to myself there is something wrong with this picture...

Tearing down a mailbox is a federal offense. Notify the local postmaster. They WILL take action.
PS - What subdivision is this in?

Very sorry you have to live by "THAT" Raquel and Andy and B what a horror for your family. [:0]
Many blessings for peace were sending your family.
Folks need to realize this is rather common here in Hawaii, I never in my life had problems with neighbors until I moved here its the price you pay (unfortunately) for settling the wild west(east)[V]

Is his name Centi----p?
Centipede many people on this forum use their other blogs, and sites in their sign off's. John Dirgo for instance, a prince of a man, Damon Tucker for instance, a wealth of information sources, no one seems to mind or mention it.
So whaz your problem here? You wouldn't want to be thought of as tacky would you? You wouldn't be a bad neighbor would you?

I'm not tacky. It's in my signature. What a thoughtless thing to say.
I've been here a few years...too late to change now. LOL! (Hi Ms. Mella!!)

The police came and charged him, but again no arrest.
I don't understand. The usual order is arrest first, then perhaps the filing of charges later if police or prosecutors believe they are warranted, sometimes after a grand jury hearing.
How could he be charged without first being arrested?
