Or a Civic Sedan ? I have seen a non-factory yellow one of those around.

I would go down to the station and any other relevant place to complain and not budge until someone really listened to me. If possible to organize I would go as a group, and write a group letter and copy it to important people. This is serious stuff.

Mitch Roth of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office (961-0466) called me this morning. A Punawewbber brought this topic to his attention. He would like more specific info. The last time this subject came up a license number was provided and Mitch was able to track down the owner - described as a problem local driver - and a serious warning was delivered.

Unless this current driver, whoever it is, hits someone all they may face is a misdemeanor reckless driving charge. But it is very good that Mitch Roth is paying attention and listening to all of you. He would like, if possible, to determine if this is a yellow Civic or CRX (may not be so easy to tell) but if anyone can get a license number do, by all means, call the number above and let Mitch know.
