I just came across this ad in craigslist. Is this for real?

One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.

the 120 sg foot has always been there but has to be less than 6 feet high. i did read in the tribune they were talking about an agi exemption if you were a "certified" farm on agi land. i think people are still debating this and i always say call your building inspector, he/she is the final say. oh, someone else told me if it is on a slab it has to be permited. that said, my inspector didnt say a word about either of my chicken houses but made me get a permit for a second water tank on agi land...

My take; Better to ask forgiveness than permission.

Daniel, had to smile, that was Bohnetts' favorite quote about all that was done at Pu`u Waawaa Ranch! finaaly the state had it with him & no longer renewed his lease, but that was YEARS of 'asking forgiveness rather than permission' including the lake, houses, and the airport & runway!

if people make a big deal of it DPW is probably going to try to eliminate the loophole, so if you build something document that it happened in this period of time. and have a copy of the section of code so off in the future when its changed you can prove it
