so range of 1800 to 2500 is about the same as last couple of years... i thought maybe with gas prices it might look different, but the other side of the scale is the slowdown....so now just priceshopping.... nancy... did you check with your husband? what involved with the 700$ spread? or just profit? thanks for the replys, linnette

Yes, John does both Septic and Cesspool and all other work with heavy equipment and having to do with lot preparation.
I will ask him about the septic for a 4 bed tonight. He is charging $2400 for a cesspool but it is done right and 13' deep.

Thanx, Nancy, appreciate it, trying to get an idea of what additional costs to budget for in our move. Also looking for reliable, licensed folks to do the work right the first time. Dick
